We do have a hitch that will fit your 2022 Lexus RX 350 with the Curt # C73DR. This hitch will still allow you to use your liftgate sensor, but you will need to kick to either side of the receiver as opposed to just swiping your foot under the bumper.

The only trailer hitch receiver size available for your 2014 Lexus RX 350 is a 2 inch hitch, but there are adapters if you were looking to use an accessory with a 1-1/4 inch shank in a 2 inch hitch. For that the best option is the Brophy Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver # HT02.
The Brophy is what I recommend because it will not reduce the tongue weight capacity of a 2" hitch like other hitch reducers, though you do have to abide by the Brophy's 300 lb tongue weight rating.
